Campbell, who is on tour with Fleetwood Mac, posted a clip from a bathroom in Tacoma, Washington
Guitarist Mike Campbell has been posting a series of “Bathroom Jams” while on tour with Fleetwood Mac and his latest effort sees him joined by Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder.
The pair are also joined by fellow Fleetwood Mac guitarist Neil Finn in a bathroom during a stop in Tacoma, Washington, this week.
You can watch footage of the jam session below.
The pair have previously shared the stage while Campbell served as a guitarist in Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. With Vedder later playing ‘Room at the Top’ in tribute to Petty, who passed away in October 2017.
Campbell has shared a series of bathroom jam sessions while on the US leg of Fleetwood Mac’s latest tour, which will be coming to the UK next year.
The guitarist, along with Neil Finn, is touring with Fleetwood Mac after guitarist Lindsey Buckingham was sacked back in April due to “scheduling conflicts”.
A full band statement said of the additions: “We are thrilled to welcome the musical talents of the caliber of Mike Campbell and Neil Finn into the Mac family. With Mike and Neil, we’ll be performing all the hits that the fans love, plus we’ll be surprising our audiences with some tracks from our historic catalogue of songs.
“Fleetwood Mac has always been a creative evolution. We look forward to honouring that spirit on this upcoming tour.”
It was recently revealed that Lindsey Buckingham had begun legal proceedings following his firing, however a spokesperson for the band has since disputed the former guitarist’s claims.
