Tom Grennan recently overcame his fear of flying to jump out of a plane a raise money for mental health charity MIND. Watch footage of his jump in the video above.

The rising UK singer-songwriter, who just released his acclaimed debut album ‘Lighting Matches‘, has been a vocal champion of MIND and the battle of break the stigma of discussing mental health. Inspired, he choose to take on one of his greatest fears head-on.

“I finally made the big jump,” Grennan told NME. “It was such an unbelievable experience… I can’t tell you how good it was. I raised £1,250 for Mind Charity which I’m gassed about, an amazing charity and one that’s so important right now.”

He added: “I shat myself but would do it all again in heart beat!”
