The band will preview new songs for British fans
We Are Scientists will play an additional three shows in the UK next month, around the sold-out NME Shockwaves performance in London on February 27.
The trio will kick off their mini-tour at Loughborough University, and will play the following night in Hull before heading to London for their sold-out show at the Astoria. They will also play a show in Bournemouth.
The band will perform material from the follow-up to ‘With Love and Squalor’, which they are currently writing in Brooklyn, New York.
This will be the first time the band plays the new material live, and singer Keith Murray told NME.COM: “We will be road-testing our songs with the only people we trust – the British public.”
They will play:
Loughborough University (February 25)
Hull University (26)
London, Astoria (NME Shockwaves Awards show) (27)
Bournemouth University (28)
