Weezer frontman Rivers Cuomo joins Real Estate onstage – watch

New Jersey band were joined by Cuomo for performance of Weezer's 'No Other One'

Weezer frontman Rivers Cuomo joined Real Estate live on stage earlier this week for a surprise collaboration.

The US band were performing at the Belasco Theatre in Los Angeles on Tuesday (November 18) when they were joined by Cuomo to perform Weezer song ‘No Other One’. The song originally appeared on Weezer album ‘Pinkerton’ in 1996.

“We’re going to try something that we’ve never really rehearsed,” Cuomo told the audience prior to the performance. See below to watch the live duet now.

Cuomo’s next surprise collaboration will come when pop supergroup McBusted release their album in December. The band made up of members of McFly and Busted have collaborated Cuomo on the record as well as working with Mark Hoppus of Blink-182. Hoppus guests on one song titled ‘Hate Your Guts’ while also having a writing credit on ‘Sensitive Guy’.

Weezer released their ninth studio album ‘Everything Will Be Alright In The End’ in October.
