Weezer unveil artwork for new album, ‘Everything Will Be Alright In The End’

The band's ninth LP follows 2010's 'Hurley'

Weezer have shared the artwork for their new album, ‘Everything Will Be Alright In The End’ – see above.

The band’s ninth LP looks set to feature new song ‘Ain’t Got Nobody’ which they recently previewed online. A release date for the LP is yet to be announced. The artwork was unveiled through a video which you see below, via Stereogum.

The album is produced by Ric Ocasek of The Cars. Weezer previously worked with Ocasek on 1994’s ‘Blue Album’ and 2001’s ‘Green Album’. Their next studio album will be the follow-up to 2010’s ‘Hurley’.

Frontman Rivers Cuomo is also currently working with Charli XCX on her new album while Weezer recorded a new version of their track ‘Susanne’ at Jack White’s Third Man Records earlier this year. The band were in Nashville playing a pair of live shows when they stopped by White’s studio to record the new version of the song, which originally appeared as a B-side to their single ‘Undone (The Sweater Song).’
