‘LIFE AND BRYAN!

Yep, the Irish scamps and the grizzly Canadian rocker get it together...

WESTLIFE

are set to work with serial collaborator BRYAN ADAMS on a new single.

Adams, whose past duets include Tina Turner, Rod Stewart, Sting, Bonnie Raitt, Barbra Streisand, Melanie

C and Chicane, is scheduled to join Westlife

on the yet-to-be-named single. Kian from Westlife

describes the track as “very much like Bryan Adams‘ old stuff rather

than his new stuff. It’s in the same kind of style as ‘(Everything I Do) I Do It

For You’. We’re really excited because he’s got a great voice and it’s a

brilliant opportunity for us.’

But it seems the songwriting talents of Kian may go uncelebrated. ‘Me,

Bryan and Shane wrote a song,” he explains,

“and then our Bryan and Bryan Adams sat down and

completely rewrote the track and added some brilliant new bits.”

Meanwhile, Westlife’s

‘Uptown Girl’ video is at the top of the music video charts, holding off

stiff competition from the likes of Eminem (‘E’)

at Number Two and Bruce Springsteen (‘Complete Video Anthology

1978 – 1988′) at Number Four.
