White Lies play in the SXSW sun

Band bring 'Death' to Austin

White Lies played an afternoon set in the sun at 6.15pm (CST) at South By Southwest at the Ceder Street Courtyard today (March 20).

The band played in front of a packed crowd at the outdoor venue, which included a gang of hardcore fans congregated at the front, singing along throughout the set.

Keeping true to their surly image, Harry McVeigh and his band kept chat to a minimum, closing their set with a rapturous rendition of ‘Death’.
