WHITNEY HOUSTON is rumoured to be making an appearance in a forthcoming JAMES BOND film.
According to a report in today’s The Sun newspaper (March 21), Houston is set to enter final negotiations with film bosses about a role in the as-yet-untitled project, due to commence filming in the summer.
A source close to the project told the paper: “The movie bosses think Whitney would make a fantastic Bond girl and we are desperately working out a deal which will be acceptable.
“She has all the glamour, talent and star power to make a huge impact. Whitney
would also be a perfect choice to sing the big song from the soundtrack because of her amazing voice.”
Other musicians who have appeared in Bond films include Grace Jones in ‘A View To A Kill’ and Goldie in the most recent Bond film ‘The World Is Not Enough’. Houston‘s previous film credits include a role in ‘The Bodyguard’ alongside Kevin Costner.
