Wilco reveal world tour details

They'll play the UK in May

Wilco have announced the details of a world tour to support their forthcoming album, ‘Sky Blue Sky’.

The Chicago quartet will kick things off in Brisbane, Australia on April 16. After playing several dates down under, they’ll head to the UK for a date in Somerset on May 19 and at London Shepherds Bush Empire on May 20.

The band will tour throughout Europe, stopping in at Barcelona’s Primavera Sound Festival before heading back to the US for an appearance at Manchester, Tennessee‘s Bonnaroo Festival on June 14.

As previously announced, Wilco‘s follow-up to 2004’s ‘A Ghost Is Born’ is set to be released on May 14 in the UK, and a day later in the US.
