Wiley has named Dizzee Rascal’s ‘Boy In Da Corner’ and Kano’s ‘Home Sweet Home’ grime’s two greatest albums.
The grime progenitor also said that Kano and Devlin are the genre’s best MCs.
In one of his most candid interviews to date, Wiley also revealed why he infamously failed to show up to the video shoot for ‘Wearing My Rolex’, one of his biggest hits to-date. “Two days before I got cut in my face, never missed a video shoot before that,” he told Not For The Radio. He went on to say that the song is the proudest achievement of his career.
The Bow MC also touched on a number of personal topics during the hour-long back-and-forth, including: his past relationships, career low-points and falling out with Dizzee Rascal.
Wiley also announced that he working on a number of projects outside of music, including a book and movie.
