WILL OLDHAM, more familiar under the monikers PALACE and BONNIE PRINCE BILLY, and DAVID PAJO, ex of SLINT and TORTOISE, are set to play three rare shows in IRELAND later this month, NME.COM can reveal.

The pair, performing under the name Bonnie Billy and Papa M Sings, will play the Family Club at Dublin’s Vicar Street on January 21. The date will be preceded by a ‘warm-up show’ at the 300-capacity Shelter venue (adjoining Vicar St) the night before (January 20).

The following Monday, January 22, the pair will perform together as Continental OP in Cork”s Triskel Arts Centre. They will perform a live score to Murnau’s classic silent vampire film ‘Nosferatu’.

Meanwhile, Will Oldham is set to tour the UK during March under his Bonnie Prince Billy alias. He will also release new album ‘Ease Down The Road’ through Domino on March 12.

Oldham popped up on the recent Johnny Cash album ‘American III: Solitary Man’. Oldham duetted with the Man In Black on a cover of his own ‘I See A Darkness’.
