WILL YOUNG this week has the biggest selling single and album in the official UK charts.

The second single from Young, ‘Leave Right Now’ fought off competition from highest new entry the Black Eyed Peas’, at two with ‘Shut Up’. Meanwhile, his second album ‘Friday’s Child’ is a new entry at number one, knocking Westlife down to five with ‘Turnaround’.

Meanwhile, former Pop Idol rival Gareth Gates scores a new entry at four with ‘Say It Isn’t So’. Other new arrivals on this week’s chart include Dido at eight with ‘Life For Rent’, Muse at 17 with ‘Hysteria’ and Nelly at 36 with ‘Iz U’.
