Wonderful, Wonderful! The Killers to release career-spanning vinyl box set

Vinyl heaven.

The Killers have announced that they’re releasing a career-spanning box set on vinyl.

The Killers Career Vinyl Box will be released in a 180-gram black vinyl configuration on June 15, and contains all five albums releases from the Las Vegas rockers, from 2004’s Hot Fuss to 2017’s Wonderful, Wonderful.

Along with all five records, the impressive collection also includes Sawdust, the band’s November 2007 collection of B-sides, covers, remixes, and covers including Joy Division’s ‘Shadowplay’.

It will also feature Live From The Royal Albert Hall, a 2 disc LP  featuring a recording of their gigs at the iconic London venue in July 2009.

Meanwhile, The Killers recently paid tribute to Tom Petty at the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame induction ceremony.
The Las Vegas band covered Petty’s ‘American Girl’ during the ceremony, which saw frontman Brandon Flowers incorporate another of the artist’s songs, ‘Free Fallin” into the end of the performance. Watch footage of the cover below.

Midway through, Flowers told the crowd to get on their feet and “pay some rock’n’roll respect to the impenetrable, to the masterful, to the eternal Tom Petty.”
