Wonho drops sultry new music video for ‘Eye On You’

His new single album ‘Obsession’ has officially arrived

Wonho has officially dropped his new single ‘Eye On You’, the title track of the single album ‘Obsession’.

In the song’s accompanying video, the idol is trapped in an enclosed space, as live camera footage of himself is projected onto its walls. It then cuts to Wonho performing the song’s choreography alongside a team of back-up dancers, in a room outlined by red and black threads.

I got my eye on you / I need your love, I need your touch / I got my eye on you / Engrave me deep over your body,” he sings on the chorus.

‘Eye On You’ was dropped as part of Wonho’s new single album ‘Obsession’ on February 16, which also includes the B-side ‘Somebody’. It marks the singer’s first release of 2022, as well as his first comeback since last September’s mini-album ‘Blue Letter’, led by the single ‘Blue’.

Last April, Wonho also held a livestream concert called ‘#WENEEDLOVE’, where he performed tracks from both parts of his ‘Love Synonym’ mini-albums. In a four-star reviewNME‘s Rhian Daly said that the show was a “moving reminder of the symbiotic relationship between fan and artist”.

In other K-pop news, BLACKPINK fans have voiced their displeasure towards YG Entertainment over its launch of new merchandise, amidst the act’s lack of musical output. It has been over a year since the girl group has made a comeback, their most recent release being October 2020’s ‘THE ALBUM’.
