Years & Years announce debut album ‘Communion’

The record will be released on June 22

Years & Years have announced their debut album will be released on June 22.

The highly anticipated ‘Communion’ is now available to pre-order, and includes the band’s chart-topping single ‘King’. The track, which is the band’s first UK Number One single, took the top spot on the Official Singles Chart last week with sales of 101,000.

Years & Years said of ‘Communion’: “We’re all a bit terrified and excited and happy and amazed and lucky.”

The trio previously beat James Bay and Stormzy to top the BBC Sound Of 2015 poll in January.

Years & Years are currently preparing for their first headline tour in the US and are set to make an appearance at SXSW on March 20.

They have a number of shows lined up in the UK starting in May, including two sold out shows at London Shepherds Bush Empire, and festival appearances throughout the summer. See those dates in full below.
