Singer pays homage to original theme song in new track

Zayn Malik has released his track from the Ghostbusters soundtrack. Titled ‘wHo’, the singer pays tribute to the original Ghostbusters theme song.

The Ghostbusters soundtrack also features a revamped version of the theme tune by Fall Out Boy and Missy Elliott.

‘wHo’ is the second new Zayn track of the day, following the surprise release of his Snakehips collaboration ‘Cruel’ at midnight on Friday.

Directed by Bridesmaids‘ director Paul Feig, Ghostbusters stars Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones. The first trailer became the most disliked trailer on YouTube.

Defending the critics, original Ghostbuster Dan Aykroyd said: “As originator of the original: Saw test screening of new movie. Apart from brilliant, genuine performances from the cast both female and male, it has more laughs and more scares than the first 2 films plus Bill Murray is in it! As one of millions of man-fans and Ray Stantz, I’m paying to see that and bringing all my friends!”
