Zedd to release new album ‘True Colors’ in May

The album follows on from the EDM producer's 2012 debut 'Clarity'

EDM musician Zedd has announced that he’ll release his new album next month.

Confirming the news on Instagram, the DJ posted an image of what appears to be the record’s artwork, also revealing its title ‘True Colors’ and release date of May 19. See below.

The album follows on from his 2012 debut ‘Clarity’. Since that release, Zedd has been working with the likes of Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande and Lady Gaga, co-producing the majority of Gaga’s ‘Artpop’ singles.

Zedd recently teamed up with Selena Gomez for his ‘I Want You To Know’ video. The singer, who is rumoured to be dating the German musician, plays a dancer at a disco, wearing three different outfits in the clip.

Speaking of recruiting Gomez for the single, Zedd told Los Angeles radio station 97.1 Amp in February: “I was visiting a studio across the street from mine and the head of my record label was there. He said ‘Have you ever met Selena?’ A week later, we start working on a song.”
