New FIFA 19 soundtrack features Childish Gambino, Gorillaz, Young Fathers and more

FIFA 19 launches on 28 September

A new soundtrack has been released by EA Sports to soundtrack FIFA 19, and is available today (August 31).

Whilst the popular video game is not released until September 28, most of the soundtrack is available to listen to now on Spotify. All 43 songs from the upcoming game will be released alongside the game next month.

The yearly football simulator game has become a go-to for many music-loving sports fans, with its soundtrack often showcasing a wide range of international talent.

This years soundtrack features a wide array of artists including Childish Gambino, Gorillaz, Young Fathers, Courtney Barnett, Confidence Man and Bugzy Malone.

Renowned composer Hans Zimmer, who has written scores to The Dark Knight, The Lion King and Gladiator has also written an original score for the game. Zimmer wrote the song with Lorne Balfe who recently wrote the score to Mission Impossible – Fallout. 

For those who pre-order the game, EA sports have announced that they will have access to a number of all-new, special edition team kits designed by Imagine Dragons, CHVRCHES, Logic, Jungle, and Brazilian MC Emicida.
