Professor Green shares video for new song ‘Back On The Market’

Green appears alongside a creepy clown in the music video for his new single

Professor Green has shared a video for his new single ‘Back On The Market’.

‘Back On The Market’ is the British rapper’s first song since 2014. Green appears in the brooding video alongside a crew that includes a guy wearing a mask and a creepy looking clown, which is rather timely.

Green’s new track alludes to his recent split from Made In Chelsea star Mille Macktintosh, Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy and a viral video featuring Katie Price’s son that circulated earlier this year.

The viral clip saw former glamour model Price asking her son how he would respond to bullies, to which he replied: “Hello, you c*nts”.

Green’s track gives a nod to the clip in the lyrics: “I yell out ‘c*nt’ / On live TV like Harvey / “Hello, you c*nt” / I said hello, you c*nt, not Ella, you c*nt / But Ella’s a c*nt / You can tell I’m a c*nt, one hell of a c*nt”. The Ella in question appears to be Green’s singer friend Ella Eyre.

‘Back On The Market’ is the first track to be released from Professor Green’s forthcoming EP, due for release this autumn.
