"I can’t do this anymore"
Twitter users have rallied round to support Sunny D after a tweet was sent out on the drinks brand account reading: “I can’t do this anymore”
The cryptic tweet posted today (January 4) appears to refer to the results of last night’s NFL Super Bowl which saw the New England Patriots topple the Los Angeles Rams in the 53rd American Football championship.
When Moonpie, the makers of a marshmallow and chocolate snack in the US, asked Sunny D what was wrong, the reply read: “Mood last night. All good MP thanks for checking in ily.”
Though it could well be a reaction to the Super Bowl, some other users and food brands sent Sunny D broader messages of support for its general wellbeing.

Breakfast snack brand Pop Tarts offered Sunny D a hug while other users posted photos of them drinking the orange-flavoured beverage.
Elsewhere, another user wrote: “Hang in there bud we all got your back” while another said: “Everyone gets a little down now and then. You’ll be out of this Sunny Down and be back to Sunny Delight soon. Hugs juice. All the hugs.”
Some users were less impressed by the marketing move, however. ‘Benji Hatfield’ asked, “What is capitalism now?” while another wrote: “CORPORATIONS ARE NOT PEOPLE”.
