‘Breaking Bad’ soundtrack to be released on cool vinyl box set to mark show’s 10th anniversary

The collection features The Walkmen, Fever Ray, and Knife Party

Breaking Bad‘s soundtrack is being released on vinyl to celebrate the hit series’ 10th anniversary. Check out the tracklist and images below.

The Bryan Cranston-starring show premiered in 2008 and ran for five seasons before ending in September 2013.

To mark 10 years since it hit screens, music from across every season will be released in a box set of coloured vinyl.

Available from November 30, ‘Breaking Bad Original Soundtrack’ will feature five “Albuquerque crystal” 10″ LPs – with each season represented by its own unique sleeve. Only 5,000 copies will be available.

Along with clips of dialogue from the show, artists featured in the collection include The Walkmen, Fever Ray, Rodrigo y Gabriela, Knife Party, and The Oh Sees.

According to Billboard, the release will come with a “Los Pollos Hermanos” plastic ID badge, exclusive poster, and liner notes from the series’ supervisor Thomas Golubić.

In July, the cast of Breaking Bad reunited at Comic-Con and shared their experiences of the show as it reached its 10th anniversary.

Meanwhile, Bryan Cranston recently said that he doesn’t want the series to return to TV.

“We’re very proud of our show and Better Call Saul. In some ways, it’s best to leave it alone – that you want to think back on it favourably,” he said.

“I don’t want to mess with it. It was the perfect opportunity that changed all of our lives. It changed many lives on our show.”

Breaking Bad‘s spin-off, Better Call Saul, was renewed for a fifth season ahead of its fourth instalment hitting Netflix last month.
