‘Family Guy’ take aim at Donald Trump in new episode

Ouch.

The upcoming new episode of Family Guy sees the animated series lampoon President Donald Trump. See two clips of the episode below.

Due to premiere on US TV on Sunday January 14 on Fox, the episode sees the Griffins join the Trump Administration.

With the business mogul and former reality TV star turned leader of the free world appearing with exaggerated hair, orange face and tiny hands, a trailer sets the President up by asking: “If Peter Griffin gets to be a jerk all the time, then why can’t Donald Trump?” It then descends into a bloody fist-fight between the two.

Another clip shared by Josh Robert Thompson, who provides the voice of Trump in the episode, sees Ivanka introduce her father to new friend Meg Griffin.

“Pleased to meet you, Meg. You have a beautiful rack,” says Trump. He then interrupts Meg to add: “I was talking about my daughter.”

It has also been reported that a Family Guy movie is in the works. It was said last year that Disney and Fox are teaming up for “a big-screen adaptation of the animated series Bob’s Burgers, a second Simpsons movie in development and a Family Guy film that would mix animation with live action, said people with knowledge of the projects.”
