Tom Hanks and Mika Kunis will guest on 'The Late Late Show With James Corden's first episode
The first wave of guests for James Corden’s new US chat show have been announced.
The Late Late Show With James Corden will begin this Monday (March 23) with the British host joined by Tom Hanks and Mila Kunis. The following night (March 24), Chris Pine will talk to Corden and Modest Mouse will be in the studio for a musical performance. Will Ferrell and Kevin Hart will then appear on the third episode on Wednesday night (March 25).
Noel Gallagher has been booked to perform on the show at a date to be confirmed, as have Jessie Ware, George Ezra and OK Go. Other guests set to appear on the show on unspecified future dates include David Beckham, Simon Cowell, Claire Danes, Michael Douglas, Jeff Goldblum, Matthew Perry,
Gordon Ramsay and Kerry Washington.
The Late Late Show With James Corden will air on US network CBS on week nights immediately after The Late Show With David Letterman. Corden takes over the slot from Craig Ferguson, who hosted The Late Late Show from 2005 to 2014.
JJ Abrams has directed the title sequence for Corden’s chat show and Mark Ronson has penned its title music.
