Sarah Michelle Gellar “admits” that she is Beyoncé’s mystery biter

'Buffy' star jokingly responds to Beyoncé biter controversy

Sarah Michelle Gellar has admitted that she bit Beyoncé – although her admission of guilt appears to be entirely in jest.

Fans have been trying to figure out who Beyoncé‘s mystery biter was after Tiffany Haddish claimed earlier this week that an actress “bit Beyoncé in the face” while on drugs at a party in December. “There’s people out here biting Beyoncé!”, Haddish said.

Haddish went on to recall: “Near the end of the party, Beyoncé’s at the bar, so I said to Beyoncé, ‘Did she really bite you?’ She was like, ‘Yeah.’ I was like, ‘She gonna get her ass beat tonight.’ She was like, ‘Tiffany, no. Don’t do that. That bitch is on drugs. She not even drunk. The bitch is on drugs. She not like that all the time. Just chill.'”

Buffy The Vampire Slayer star Gellar has since jokingly responded to the controversy by sharing a photo of herself wearing vampire teeth, along with the caption: “All right, I admit it. It was me #TheBiter”.

The bookies have labelled Lena Dunham as the odds-on favourite, while 90210 star Sara Foster has taken to Instagram to refute speculation that it was her “Flattering that someone thinks I could get this close to Beyoncé,” Foster said.

Meanwhile, Chrissy Teigan has claimed to know who bit Beyoncé but has said that she is “never telling”.
