Stranger Things 3 stars Gaten Matarazzo (Dustin) and Caleb McLaughlin (Lucas) will headline the For the Love of Sci-Fi convention in Manchester.

The event, which takes place at the Bowlers Exhibition Centre, marks their first ever UK convention appearance. Ray Parker Junior will also make his first UK convention appearance to perform a live version of the Ghostbusters theme tune.

For the Love of Sci-Fi will also see appearances from Jesse Ventura, Carl Weathers and Bill Duke from Predator as well as Brigitte Nielsen from Rocky.

ET‘s Henry Thomas (Elliott), Dee Wallace (Mary) and Robert MacNaughton (Michael) will also come together for a photoshoot in a recreation of the famous forest from the film. It’ll be their first reunion for 36 years.

Cast members from Twilight, Star Wars and Incredible Hulk will also be in attendance, among others.

Taking place on December 1 and 2, the event will also see famous Sci-Fi sets recreated, including Will’s house from Stranger Things where fans will have the opportunity to snap a picture with Matarazzo and McLaughlin on the sofa.

Other sets include the Cantina Space Bar from Star Wars and the Temple of Gozer from Ghostbusters. There will also be an opening concert on Friday November 30 where both Ray Parker Jr. will perform as well as Gaten Matarazzo with his band Work in Progress. You can grab tickets here and watch a clip of Work in Progress below.

Meanwhile, the creators of Stranger Things recently revealed they originally intended to kill off some big characters at the end of season one.

Eleven (played by Millie Bobby Brown) was one of the main characters who was not meant to survive as well as Joe Keery’s character, Steve Harrington.
