The house from ‘Spaced’ is up for sale again

The house from Spaced has gone back on the market.

London-based estate agency Dexters has listed the property for £3.5 million£500,000 below the asking price in April 2018 when it last went on sale.

Channel 4 sitcom Spaced (1999-2001)which starred Simon Pegg and Jessica Stevenson as two new flatmates, featured the house in the fictional setting of Meteor Street. The real location of the nine bed property is Carleton Road in London’s Tufnell Park.

The 4,400 sq ft,Victorian Grade II listed building also has three bathrooms and four reception rooms.

Stand-up comedian Bec Hill spotted that the house was back up for sale and posted the news on Twitter today (Janaury 7).

Spaced fans couldn’t resist to react to the news, with many quoting from the sitcom and posting gifs.


Pegg appears in an upcoming film Lost Transmissions about a music producer who comes off his medication for schizophrenia and falls victim to the inadequacies of a mental health care. The film is slated for release in 2019.

Pegg recently starred alongside his longtime comedy partner Nick Frost (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz) in comedy-horror film Slaughterhouse Rulez.
