Democratic candidate appeared on US TV's 'Saturday Night Live'
US Presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders appeared on Saturday Night Live this weekend, appearing in a comedy sketch with Curb Your Enthusiasm star and guest host Larry David.
David and Sanders appeared in a skit that spoofed Titanic, while David also appeared as Sanders in a sketch that spoofed his Curb Your Enthusiasm show.

Vampire Weekend frontman Ezra Koenig has urged US voters not to believe the ‘unelectable’ hype around Democratic candidate Bernie Sanders.
Koenig performed with Dirty Projectors’ Dave Longstreth at a Sanders rally in Iowa City last weekend, where he also spoke to CNN about his support of the politician.
Following the results of the Iowa Caucus last Monday, Koenig shared a post on his Instagram page continuing his support of Sanders. “Shoutout to my favorite singer: Bernie Sanders. He came from 50 points behind to tie Hillary Clinton in Iowa,” Stereogum reports the post began.
He continued: “Disagree with him all you want but don’t believe the “unelectable” hype. They say elections are decided by independents in swing states. Imagine you’re an independent voter alienated by both parties – which major candidate has more potential to speak to you than Bernie?”
“He is the only candidate who comes from outside the two-party system. He can win,” Koenig concluded. “Extra respect to the 84% of young ppl in Iowa who voted for Bernie. Let’s hope you get to spend your adult life in a world with leaders who support your values.”
