Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright will return as political power couple the Underwoods on March 3
Netflix has released the first trailer for season four of House Of Cards.
The minute-long teaser features an address to the people from Frank Underwood, the fictional President played by Kevin Spacey, interspersed with clips from previous seasons showing some of Underwood’s most dastardly deeds.
“They say we get the leaders we deserve. I think America deserves Frank Underwood. And in my heart, you know I’m right,” Underwood says menacingly at the end of the trailer. Watch it below.
The fourth season of the award-winning political drama will debut on Netflix on March 4. As with previous seasons, all the new episodes will be released simultaneously, allowing fans to view at their leisure.
Spacey will once again be joined by Robin Wright as Frank’s equally scheming wife Claire Underwood, while Scream actress Neve Campbell has joined the cast in a series regular role. Campbell’s character has yet to be revealed, but it is believed she will be playing a new rival to the Underwoods.
Since premiering in 2013, House Of Cards has become one of Netflix’s most popular and critically acclaimed original series. Spacey and Wright have each won a Golden Globe award for their performances on the show, which is based on a BBC mini-series of the same name.
