“We’ve lost the news” – the cast of ‘The Day Today’ reunite for 25th anniversary

Hello you.

Last night saw a special reunion dinner take place to mark the 25th anniversary of The Day Today. See a photo of the cast together again below.

The seminal news satire share first hit TV screens on January 19, 1994, following on from its success as Radio 4’s On The Hour. The series then inspired the spin-off Brass Eye which ran from 1997-2001.

Now, comedian and actor David Schneider has shared a photo of himself among fellow castmembers and writers Armando Iannucci, Chris Morris, Patrick Marber, Rebecca Front, Doon Mackichan and Steve Coogan at a reunion dinner.
