Actor speaks as sequel to the 2009 hit is shaping up
Zach Galifianakis has hailed the script for the forthcoming The Hangover sequel as better than the original.
Galifianakis played the groom’s brother-in-law Alan in the 2009 film, which follows a Las Vegas stag do that goes very wrong.
Speaking to MTV News, the comedian promised fans that it will be a worthy sequel, saying: “It is good. I actually think this script is better than the first movie. It’s a little bit daunting to probably try to top it, but we’ll try, or at least even it out. Expectations are high, and that makes me nervous.”
Despite rumours that the film will be set in Bangkok, the location for the sequel has yet to be confirmed.
Justin Bartha, Bradley Cooper and Ed Helms are all reprising their roles.
