A brand new exhibition celebrating a decade of Kings Of Leon opens at London’s Proud Galleries in Camden this Thursday (22nd). ‘Kings Of Leon: Ten Year Reign’ is a selection of photographs taken across the boys’ career by esteemed NME photographer Jo McCaughey. Photographs by Jo McCaughey/

Before finding fame in the band, the three brothers (Caleb, Jared and Nathan, pictured) used to travel around the country with their father Leon, who was a Pentecostal preacher. Photographs by Jo McCaughey/

It would be four years before Kings Of Leon released their first music, the ‘Holy Roller Novocaine EP’ in 2003. Their debut album (‘Youth And Young Manhood’) followed later that year and was awarded 9/10 by NME. Photographs by Jo McCaughey/

However, Kings fans can get their fill on November 9, when the band release a DVD from their London O2 Arena shows earlier in the year which features 22 career-spanning tracks. Photographs by Jo McCaughey/

Kings Of Leon are set to release a remix CD soon, featuring new versions of their songs by Pharrell Williams and Justin Timberlake. The idea came to drummer Nathan when he heard two unofficial versions from Williams and Timberlake made without permission. Photographs by Jo McCaughey/
