The band will collect the award at the ceremony on February 15
It’s official – Pet Shop Boys will receive the Godlike Genius award at the VO5 NME Awards 2017 on February 15. Since 1981, Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe have been supplying us with some of the best synth-pop around, as evidenced on their 13 studio albums. Incredibly, all of them have scored a place in the Top 10 of the UK Albums Chart. How’s that for consistent? Join us in celebrating their outstanding achievements by taking a journey back through the years via these ace photos.
