London duo Nero took advantage of the continued rise of dance music as they packed the NME/Radio 1 Stage for their headline set on Saturday (August 23). Vocalist Alana Watson joined producers Daniel Stephens and Joe Ray for the performance.
Stephens and Ray DJ'd from the top of a huge platform that lit up with various LED designs throughout the night, including a cassette, blueprints of pyramids and sliding tiles.
Alana Watson throws some shapes as the group played tracks from their 2011 debut album 'Welcome To Reality' including former single 'Guilt' and 'Crush On You'.
The 75-minute long set on the NME/Radio 1 Stage was Nero's first in the UK since they performed at Bestival back in 2012.
Daniel Stephens and Joe Ray deep in the zone as they work the Reading audience up into a state of euphoria.
The three of them exited the stage with breakthrough track 'Me And You', which was accompanied with a shedload of lasers.
