This week's NME is bursting with World Cup stuff, including a football-themed encounter with Russell Brand and Kasabian's Serge Pizzorno. We caught up with the pair in LA and quizzed them on football, music and comedy - but mostly got a load of dick jokes in return.
Russell Brand on the World Cup: "It's a special, beautiful thing - a festival that has some meaning all over the world." And here's Serge on badly-behaved footballers: "Every footballer's the same. They're just fucking terrible. Worse than any rock stars."
It's not the first time Kasabian have displayed their love of the beautiful game. Back in February, singer Tom Meighan was the first person to wear the new England strip after the band were invited to take part in the official launch.

The new issue features musicians' tips on who they think will win the World Cup. Nicky Wire's money is on England ("It's the best chance they've had in a generation"), while These New Puritans' Jack Burnett reckons Spain will walk it.
Russell Brand recently shared the stage with Carl Barat - details here. The duo have teamed up as part of Brand's new film Get Him To The Greek film, which Barat has contributed to the soundtrack to.
The new issue is on sale across the UK from June 2. Find out what else is in it at NME.COM/magazine.
