Former Stereophonics drummer Stuart Cable has died at the age of 40. He was found in his Aberdare home Monday morning (June 7) at 5:30am. The cause of death has not yet been confirmed. Cable had been playing with a new band, Killing for Company, at the time of his death.

The Drums marked the release of their self-titled debut album at the NME Radar Live show at London's Upstairs At The Garage venue on Monday night (June 7). The band, who released the record the same day, were joined by Summer Camp, Two Wounded Birds and Golden Glow as they played for just 125 fans.
