Coldplay in 2001. In October of that year they headed back to the studio to record ‘A Rush Of Blood To The Head’. Boasting the likes of ‘God Put A Smile Upon Your Face’, ‘Clocks’ and ‘In My Place’, it was one of their most successful albums, and went straight into Number One in the UK album charts, selling 273,000 copies in week one alone.
