Simian Mobile Disco have revealed details of their forthcoming second studio album, which features vocals from guests including Gossip's Beth Ditto, Super Furry Animals' Gruff Rhys and Hot Chip's Alexis Taylor. The album will be entitled 'Temporary Pleasure', and will be released on August 17. A single, 'Audacity Of Huge', featuring vocals from Yeasayer's Chris Keating, will be released on August 3.
Michael Jackson's former publicist, Raymone Bain, is suing the singer for £29 million, claiming that Jackson owes her shares of his profits from deals - including his forthcoming 50-night residency at the London O2 Arena. Bain alleges that the self-styled King Of Pop agreed to give 10 per cent of the profits from deals she had been involved in setting up, but that she never saw the money, reports BBC News. Daft Punk are set to work on the soundtrack for 'Tron 2.0'. The follow up to the 1982 sci-fi classic is being made by Disney. It will see Jeff Bridges reprise his role as Kevin Flynn, while Joseph Kosinski will direct the film.The previous film's director, Steven Lisberger, will return as producer.
