NME is going free in September 2015. Here you can find the answers to some frequently asked questions regarding stockists and subscriptions

Will I be able to pick up a free NME near my home or place of work?

I am interesting in finding out more about stocking NME. What should I do?
Great! Email us on nmefree@timeinc.com and we’ll come back to you as soon as we can with some more information.

Will there be a free digital download?
Yes. You will be able to go to your App store (itunes, Amazon, Google etc) and download the title free of charge after 18 September . For more information on how to download please click here

Subscription
What if I don’t live near any of the places you’ll be distributing and I don’t have an iPad/iPhone – can I get it by post?
You can subscribe from as little as 75p an issue to cover postage and package – full details can be found here

What does this mean if I have a current subscription?
You will be transferred to the free NME if you wish, although there will be a small cost associated with postage and packaging.

Will I get a refund of the difference or a refund of the remaining subscription if I don’t want to subscribe?
We will automatically extend the subscription to reflect the new price (ie the cost of postage etc). So for example, if there is £10 left in the subscription, we will give you as many issues as you can get with that money under the new pricing. However, if you wish to request a refund instead, you can do that at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription and get a refund?
Please email magazinesdirect@quadrantsubs.com or call 033 0333 4555. Opening hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am to 17:30pm.

If I have taken out a digital subscription outside of magazinesdirect.com where can I get a refund?
You will have to contact the digital providers such as Apple/ Amazon/ Google directly. Digital subscriptions purchased via magazinesdirect.com will get a refund.

Can I still access subscriber Rewards?
Yes. If you choose to continue with your subscription and pay the cost of postage and packaging then you will be entitled to have access to offers via Rewards.

If I live outside the UK. How will I get my NME?
