The Rolling Stones' Mick Jagger pays tribute to Bo Diddley
'He was very generous in our early years' says frontman
The Rolling Stones' frontman Mick Jagger has added to the tributes to Bo Diddley.
The legendary guitarist died yesterday (June 2) after suffering a heart failure.
Jagger joined the likes of Franz Ferdinand, Slash, The Grateful Dead and Albert Hammond Jr in paying tribute to Diddley.
"He was a wonderful, original musician who was an enormous force in music and was a big influence on The Rolling Stones," said Jagger. "He was very generous to us in our early years and we learned a lot from him. We will never see his like again."

Bo Diddley was inducted into the Rock N Roll Hall Of Fame in 1987.
