EMINEM is a better thinker than Prime Minister TONY BLAIR, according to a survey of British teenagers just published by the DESIGN COUNCIL in the UK.
According to the research, undertaken to herald Design In Education week running from today (April 2) until April 6, the rapper was ahead of Blair, but just behind Virgin entrepreneur Sir Richard Branson.
Such was the lack of faith in Tony Blair held by the 16- to 18-year-olds, that almost two thirds of them said they felt he needed daily doses of fresh inspiration.
However, the results are in stark contrast to a poll carried out by Jane magazine in the US. Almost half of those who voted rated Eminem‘s ‘Marshall Mathers LP’ as the worst LP ever to appear in the American charts. And when asked whose fame they just couldn’t explain, 28 per cent cited Eminem, while 27 per cent voted for Britney Spears. Jane draws its readership from young professional women in their 20s or early 30s.
