Charli XCX, Britney Spears and Sia to feature on new Giorgio Moroder album ’74 Is The New 24′

The record will be Moroder's first solo album in 30 years

Disco legend Giorgio Moroder has announced details of new album ’74 Is The New 24′, as well as a series of guest stars set to appear on the record.

Moroder, who appeared on Daft Punk’s ‘Random Access Memories’ last year, will release his first solo album in 30 years ’74 Is The New 24′ in spring 2015.

Charli XCX, Sia, Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue, Mikky Ekko, and Foxes have all be confirmed to appear, according to The Creators Project.

“Dance music doesn’t care where you live,” Moroder says in a press release. “It doesn’t care who your friends are. It doesn’t care how much money you make. It doesn’t care if [you are] 74 or if you are 24 because… 74 is the new 24!”
