Jack White plays Led Zeppelin, White Stripes, Raconteurs tracks on first night of tour

The 'Lazaretto' tour kicked off last night (May 29) in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Jack White began his new tour last night at Tulsa, Oklahoma’s Cain’s Ballroom, playing solo material, White Stripes and Raconteurs tracks as well as a number of rarities and covers.

Antiquiet reports that White performed a section of Led Zeppelin’s 1969 track ‘The Lemon Song’, which segued into The Raconteurs’ ‘Steady, As She Goes’. White Stripes tracks on the setlist included ‘Seven Nation Army’, ‘My Doorbell’, ‘Hotel Yorba’, ‘We’re Going To Be Friends’ and ‘Fell In Love With a Girl’ and he also performed ‘You Know That I Know’, an unfinished Hank Williams track.

White played a host of songs from his forthcoming new album ‘Lazaretto’, which is set for release on June 9, including the previously released ‘High Ball Stepper’ and ‘Lazaretto’, as well as ‘Three Women’ and ‘Alone in My Home’. Scroll down for a full setlist.

Jack White will play a one-off UK show this summer at London’s Eventim Apollo on July 5. It is White’s second scheduled appearance in the UK this summer after he plays Glastonbury Festival in June. ‘Lazaretto’ is White’s second solo album and the follow up to his 2012 debut ‘Blunderbuss’.
