Rihanna has already started work on ‘Loud’ follow-up, according to producer

Plans for a documentary also revealed

Rihanna has already started work on the follow up to 2010’s ‘Loud’, according to a producer.

Verse Simmonds, one half of The Juggernauts, who co-wrote and produced ‘Man Down’, told MTV News that the singer was likely to use one of their tracks for her sixth album.

He said: “From what I understand, she is closing the album up now, and we did two records for her that she really, really loved and I’m really excited about them as well. They are records that we wrote and produced as the Jugganauts.”

Speaking about the track Simmonds denied that it would sound like ‘Man Down’.

“Nah, definitely not,” he said “Because we always try to constantly — as producers, as artists — we try to always come with something different, a whole new sound.”

It has also been reported that Rihanna is readying a documentary to be filmed in her hometown of Barbados at the Kensington Cricket Oval on August 5.

A source told Nation News that the documentary will be called ‘Coming Home’. It is “part of a $4 million deal reached between the BTA and Rihanna‘s production company, RocNation, which is producing the concert.”
