Hear Salem Ilese’s new single ‘PS5’, featuring TXT and Alan Walker

Notably, Ilese had co-written the boyband's viral hit 'Anti-Romantic'

American singer-songwriter Salem Ilese has released her new single, ‘PS5’, featuring several members of K-pop boyband Tomorrow X Together (TXT).

Released today (February 23), the song features vocals from TXT members Taehyun and Yeonjun, along with production by DJ Alan Walker. The song will be part of the singer’s new EP ‘Unsponsored Content’, which arrives this Friday (February 25).

The song opens with a verse and chorus by Ilese, before she hands the reins over to the K-pop idols for the second half. “Me and the PS5 / Let’s just move it, I’mma be at mine (Yeah) / Score’s never been this high (So high) / So if you don’t leave, I can find a way to win you over,” Taehyun and Yeonjun sing on the chorus.

In addition, Ilese also previously shared an “open verse” challenge for ‘PS5’ on TikTok, encouraging fans to duet the video with their own verse. TXT had responded to the challenge, with member Taehyun singing some of the boyband’s parts from the single.

In other TXT news, vocalist Hueningkai recently released a cover of Canadian singer Avril Lavigne’s early-2000s hit ‘Sk8er Boi’, shortly after Lavigne recently responded to a tweet by the idol, where he referenced the track.
